When we made the decision to buy a plot, we met with over 10+ different builders. When we walked into the Celebrity Grandeur, we immediately knew that was the place for us. On buying a land, for us it is like an inception of a very genuine association. For us it was always been a dream to own a plot and it is only because of them which came true. While buying an apartment, one does not have to worry much and the buyer is in a better comfort zone, but if you buy a plot and build a house on it, you will miss these comforts. It is only because of the customer centric, transparent and legally sound services approach of the company, we never felt that we are missing any of my comforts. At the very beginning, even though owing a plot is always my dream but we were very conservative on buying a plot, due to all of the risk associated with it. Company has really motivated us positively and now we can proudly say that we owe a plot. We really looking forward towards it to see that they shall keep their promises.
